FinVermV: what 34f intermediaries need to know.
In August 2020 the amendments to the German Finanzanlagenvermittlungsverordnung (FinVermV) came into force. Since then, 34f intermediaries have been required to record investment advisory conversations and archive those recordings in an audit-proof manner.
