Bridge ITS GmbH operates an interactive video advisory platform that enables secure video conferences with screen sharing and interactive presentation features. The platform is aimed in particular at financial advisers, insurance intermediaries and sales organisations.
Our Commitment to Accessibility
Bridge ITS GmbH is committed to making its digital services and products accessible. This is based on the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) as well as the requirements of the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BFSGV).
We align ourselves with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA. Some areas are still being improved (see "Known Limitations").
Since May 2025 we have been carrying out continuous self-assessments to ensure conformity with the accessibility requirements of the BFSGV.

Market Surveillance and Reporting Violations
The competent market surveillance authority is the Market Surveillance Body of the Federal States for the Accessibility of Products and Services (Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen, MLBF), Carl-Miller-Str. 6, 39112 Magdeburg, Germany. Consumers can report a violation of the accessibility requirements of the BFSG there (§ 32 BFSG).
Conciliation Procedure
In the event of disputes regarding accessibility, you can also apply for a conciliation procedure under § 34 BFSG at the conciliation body pursuant to Section 16 of the German Disability Equality Act (Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz, BGG). The conciliation body offers a free and non-binding procedure for which no legal representation is required.
