Bridge ITS GmbH operates an interactive video advisory platform that enables secure video conferences with screen sharing and interactive presentation features. The platform is aimed in particular at financial advisers, insurance intermediaries and sales organisations.

This statement covers two offerings, assessed separately:

• this website at bridge-beraten.de, including its English-language version,
• the bridge advisory platform as an application.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Bridge ITS GmbH is committed to making its digital services and products accessible. This is based on the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) as well as the requirements of the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BFSGV).

Our benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. Since May 2025 we have been carrying out continuous self-assessments to ensure conformity with the accessibility requirements of the BFSGV.

This website

The website bridge-beraten.de fully meets the requirements of WCAG 2.1 at conformance level AA. Individual requirements at level AAA are met in addition.

This statement is based on a self-assessment, most recently carried out on 18 September 2026. It covers every page in both language versions and examines, among other things, text alternatives, the labelling of interactive elements, heading structure, page titles, language declaration, keyboard operability, visible focus indication and the contrast ratios of every colour combination in use.

The bridge advisory platform

The advisory platform meets the requirements of WCAG 2.1 at conformance level AA. The requirements at level AAA are met in part.

The platform is tested monthly using WCAG evaluation tools.

Known Limitations

As at the last self-assessment, no limitations are known for this website. Conformance level AAA is not reached on every point: the contrast ratios of individual colour combinations exceed the 4.5:1 required for level AA, but not the 7:1 required for level AAA.

Accessibility is not a state reached once and for all. Despite careful testing, individual content may contain barriers we have not yet noticed. If you encounter one, please tell us using the email address provided below — we follow up on every report.

Market Surveillance and Reporting Violations

The competent market surveillance authority is the Market Surveillance Body of the Federal States for the Accessibility of Products and Services (Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen, MLBF), Carl-Miller-Str. 6, 39112 Magdeburg, Germany. Consumers can report a violation of the accessibility requirements of the BFSG there (§ 32 BFSG).

Conciliation Procedure

In the event of disputes regarding accessibility, you can also apply for a conciliation procedure under § 34 BFSG at the conciliation body pursuant to Section 16 of the German Disability Equality Act (Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz, BGG). The conciliation body offers a free and non-binding procedure for which no legal representation is required.
